Ever since I bought the “monster” from Gary I’ve been toying with making jacketed bullets for it. Current plan is to start with spent 50 ae brass. Anneal then expand (with homemade punch) to 585 cal. Another thought was to remove the rim from 510 gnr brass, anneal and expand. Although using 50ae brass saves me from removing a rim I end up with a boat tail type while I’m looking for a flat base. I’ll probably use the blanking round over die to lock in the lead.
