The job went smooth. I re-geared it from 17/42T to 18/40T final ratio, so I had to custom cut to length. It lowered RPM by about 400/500 in top cog. (It was on the 2006 Triumph Speedmaster).

Thankfully motorcycles are more forgiving to work on than Guns or modern cars for that matter. At least they respond to "Monkey Rigging" better.

I'm so put out with all the complicated electrical gizmos and sensors on late vehicles and MC. That's why I sought out an air-cooled, carb'd model.
