which work fine. I have a Super Red Hawk in .429 and I have tried small rifle primers which did not work. I think the Remington #7-1/2 small rifle BR primers MAY have worked but I can't really remember. Why risk it. Lot to lot primer cup hardness can vary, I have see that in years past. Using small pistol primers will give some sense of security.
