When I was younger I ran my 45 Colts hot and finally an older and far-wiser gun nut convinced me that if I "had to lean on a cartridge I should just step up," so I sold my well-worn NM Blackhawk and invested in a Freedom Arms Casull....what a sexy revolver. Then I started flirting with that damned 454....at some point reason and logic took control of me and I decided the 454 was not all it was cracked up to be....that there are better mouse traps. So I sold that fine Casull and got myself another Blackhawk in 45 Colt and invested in the 455. I think its a fine mouse trap and sexier than the 454.
