The key is to keep it simple, practice, practice and more practice. Find what works for you and stick to it. Work on becoming smooth, and deliberate. Muscle memory is everything. It has been said that you have to do something at least 60 times for it to become muscle memory, I say it is more. Lastly, mental preparation is everything, just as in sports.
