A couple guns Gary did for me ...

Revolvers namely, are truly versatile. The .356 GNR custom, besides my custom ammo, has extra cylinders for .38,.357, and 9mm Luger. Ammo is plentiful. More than one custom .38-40 or .401 GNR is also capable of shooting plentiful .40 S&W. The official caliber of Homeland Security and TSA. My Trailgun Single-five is fun .40 too.

A .22 WMR can shoot .22 RF anything in a pinch. FWIW.

Stock up on powder, primers, bullets when you can. I have a couple trail bikes that need no battery to start or power lights. An ATV might be as handy as ever in reserve.

I’m still searching for some good binoculars that suit me. I have vision issues and a Swarovski 8x monocular laser rangefinder is my current go to. It saves me lots of steps or having to get closer.

Do any of you guys keep a pack in the car daily?
