pure and simple. As are all 1911s. All the BS you can roll into a paragraph will not change that. I would only call you a know it all when you blab on never ending with a subject that makes no sense, such as a non cast 1911. The bottom line is all 1911s are cast and as John said above all steels and steel alloys are cast.
