on a niche market. There are states such as Delaware,Michigan,Indiana, Ohio and parts of Pennsylvania which require hunters going after deer to be restricted to shotguns, muzzleloaders or straight wall case rifle and handgun cartridges. I did a quick check and they all seem to limit the case length to 1.8 inches.

In fact, our local state senator is trying to get straight wall case rifles legal for deer in Massachusetts. So, I can understand why Remington and possibly Henry will gamble on this.
