It's listed as ATI (American Tactical Imports) but is made by S.A.M. Inc. (Shooters Arms Manufacturing - https://sam.shootersarms.com.ph/)

I have run it hard and long, heavy loads and light loads. It's my truck gun .. some days my Carry gun ... it's always at hand. And it has worked well. All I have done to it was shorten the hammer spur just a wee bit so it don't bite the web of my hand.
