I was looking for a plain Jane 1911 just about a year ago.
I wound up buying the Tisas Duty Enhanced (the extras for the cost made it worth spending the little bit of extra money.)

Been shooting it for a year now. It has been reliable and accurate from day one.

(The only thing I don't love is the sights U notch rear with a fiber optic front)
