The guns really look good. I have always liked Springfield guns. Several models I think are very well made and optioned fantastic. I think Springfield is in a higher class than the other "Turkish" guns you mentioned but maybe that is just the old American company name attached. They look more refined to me.

I gave my son a Springfield GI Govt. model for his 16th birthday. Of all the presents I given him, I think he was mature enough to truly understand the privilege and responsibility I had placed upon him. Plus the enduring longevity of that very special gift. A forever gun.

I think if you shop the used gun market you can get even more value for your budget. Most folks don't reload and cannot afford the $0.75-$1 a shot for .45 ACP. Like new, Never shot uphill or into the wind...
