Years ago I bought a Christmas sale 8mmGNR barrel and thought "this is bigger than I'll ever need". A couple of years later I was in AK looking at my first grizzly and thought "I need something bigger". I know the cartridge was up to the task if I did my part but the simple phrase "use enough gun" is eternally valid. And enough practice at 200 or more yards is essential for handgun hunters.
