and you had to "make" your own ammo! Well' mostly.

I dreamed of owning one. Ditto, later for a grizzly .45. You are about 15 yrs. older than me. That's a lot when you're 16 working at a grocery store. I guess we each have our own age we make our own.

I can sympathize on the inflated prices. I drove 100 miles one way to a guy who offered to sell me his M629 for $400. He told me when I got there he'd changed his mind. He did let me look it over. That didn't help my feelings. I bought a 8" Colt Python! Piss on HIM.
