It seemed to the the ultimate .45 Auto to me. Just like the Pythons, if you missed it was all on you! The monthly magazines harped on how you needed to re-spring it for shooting ball ammo or it would beat it up. Now I now there is not really any difference. Did they really go to a lighter spring to shoot 185/200 wadcutters? Maybe so but I don't and my old rigs work fine.
A beautiful and cherished piece to enjoy. They can not duplicate that today for what you likely paid for it.
On the photo, for my iPhone I only have to modify the photo in some small manner (re-crop, change tint etc.) and save it to make it flip around correctly and stay there. FWIW
