I am currently trying to lose weight to get off of blood pressure medicine. THe FDA has sent out a recall on my type of medicine (Losartan). I am struggling to find a diet, and exercise method that works for me. I am currently walking/runnning three days a week and trying to get a healthy diet routine. So far just a few pounds of weight gone. I am 37 years old and want to kick this in the ass to get healthy again. I am in need of advice from any misfits that have had success in this area
