For paper punching, anything more than a 44mag is a waste...

I mean....just what would the point be? Seeing a larger hole in the paper? If that's the case, shoot a bunch of .22's for a while..then bring out the 44 and admire the larger holes. Powerwise, that UBW is a 5 shot so that's a whole lotta power capability even if you don't reload, with whats available on the ammo market today. Garrett 340gr superhard cast at around 1450fps....take down an elephant with that if you wanted to. Sorry if I'm different, but if I wanted another custom revolver for paper punching I would choose something smaller so I could really enjoy punching lots of paper with many more shots....maybe something like a 357mag, 32-20, or in the GNR realm a 356GNR. I know, its a terrible thing to be logical but thats my opinion on the matter. BTW, I think the 38 Special is one of the most popular center-fire paperpunching cartridges ever..for good reasons.
